Aileron view. Green paint, by the way, is Super Anzopon Fluid Resistant Primer (lead free), Boeing BMS 10-11 Type 1. Actual top colour scheme to be decided.

An interesting way of solving the problematic geometry of the aileron bellcrank. Where the rod end attaches to the bellcrank, there is a pivot. No binding.

This is a picture of the detail of the pivot at the end, I didn't saw this pictures and posted them at the controls menu too.
This arrangement makes the ailerons control very smooth and is very easy to do, this was the best solution I found after doing four sets of control linkages.

Note that hi don´t use the angle according to plans.He use a flat stock, and a angle bend of .040" to reinforce the zone of the aileron control.He use too longers hinges to fix the ailerons

This hole and reinforcement in the end of externals wings, are for the aileron internal balancing weight
