Some people have had some questions about how to transfer the paper patterns to something a little more stable.

I put the two halves of the rib patters together, and then adhered them both to a piece of matboard (36"x48" sheets of matboard can be found in picture framing shops.). I used spray-mount (a sprayon glue) .. worked very well.

Bending the tabs over the wood forms. This is done with a plastic-tipped hammer ... no more than 30 degrees at a time.

The top of the channel-spar cutout. I actually made all of these cuts prior to bending any of the outside flanges. Some argue that this is not a good way to do it, but my experience with getting a dremyl tool or a drill into a corner causes excess burring. Perhaps this is another topic for the T2 forum.
