Here is one of the outside wing panels, with all thread rod thru the locating holes to hold the ribs stiff while setting up and drilling the skins. I put lightening holes in some of the ribs for access, inspection, etc. Don't do it. Very time consuming, and not worth it.

Two outer wing panels - the lower one has no slant on the outer rib because I intend to make fibre-glass wing tips for them.

Installing leading edge. Using straps and form to hold the metal in the correct shape.

Reworking the taper pins installation. I did not read the instruction correctly the first time and installed the taper pins from the front of the spar. Once I realized that there would be no opening to pull the pins I reread the instructions. I had to go to the next large size pin.
